Agreement Acknowledgment: Please Review and Submit to confirm

1. Payment Terms:

  • For Functions held at Banquets / Function Halls: Client shall provide Waiters, crockery, cutlery, utensils, tables, cleaning labour etc. (if full-service isn’t opted)
  • For Functions held at other than Banquets / Function Halls: We can offer full service along with food catering (Chargeable)
  • Note: Based on budget and customer preference Premium to Fine-dine Crockery & Cutlery can be arranged.
2. Payment Terms:

Advance Payment:
  • Secure a 50% advance payment upon booking.
  • Settle the remaining 50% balance no later than 2 days before the scheduled event.
  • For events within 2 days timeframe, a full 100% advance payment is required.

Failure to make the balance payment 2 days before the event will result in the auto-cancellation of your order and a refund will be initiated after deducting 10% of the total order value.

Payment Options:
  • You can choose to pay the full amount at once if preferred.
Payment Modes:
  • All prices quoted are based on cash payments.
  • Any Check payments are due four (4) days before the event date for clearance.
  • Payments by bank transfer should be made to the bank details provided by Elite Caterers.
2. Additional Plates:
  • 10% plates of total ordered plates will be given complimentary (includes children); all additional plates beyond this are chargeable at full price.

Payment for these extra plates must be made in advance. Please ensure you have cash, credit, or debit cards ready for immediate payment. Service for additional plates will not begin until payment is received.

Under no circumstances will the service for additional plates commence until payment for these extra plates is received.

 

3. Menu Adjustments:
  • Elite Caterers reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the menu in cases where certain ingredients are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Services and Payments:
Additional Services:
  • The CLIENT agrees to pay Elite Caterers for any additional services that are not explicitly included in the Catering Contract.
Leftovers:
  • All ingredients and prepared food remain the property of Elite Caterers. The client may request to take remaining portions, subject to Elite Caterers’ discretion and conditions.
5. Event Details:
Additional Staff-Hours:
  • For any event time extension beyond the prior agreed-upon time, CLIENT will be billed for additional staff hours as follows:
  • Lunch & Dinner: 4 hours from the start of 1st serving.
  • Note: The Client must inform us 1-2 days before the event about the time of food service. If there are changes in the agreed time (due to any reason from the Client), it is the Client’s responsibility to inform us about the new serving time. Otherwise, Elite Caterers will serve guests at the previously agreed time.
Contract Termination:
  • If the order is cancelled 10% of the order value will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.
Kitchen Access:
  • No individuals, including guests and hosts, are permitted in the kitchen until the event is concluded. A daytime visit is allowed for the client to observe preparations. Additionally, for the event, the Client should designate a single point of contact to interact with Elite Caterers to avoid miscommunications.
