Mohammed Minhaj – the groom was to host his Valima Reception in the month of Aug’19, while in Chicago, he contacted his friends and relatives to recommend for best wedding caterer for his Valima Reception, and got couple of suggestions. One of his friend recommended Minhaj, Elite Caterers and informed that the company is being run by Mohammed Ismail, Minhaj and Ismail had known each other a decade ago, As he was not in contact with Ismail, Minhaj keeping Elite Caterers option in mind searched for Best wedding Caterers in Hyderabad for Valima Reception, in the list of results he found Elite Caterers among top rated with mostly 5 star rating, he now was inclined to give his Valima reception catering order to Elite Caterers however he still was unsure because he wanted to give his guest the very best dining experience given the background he has come from –  Chicago where quality & service matters to the core. So he shortlisted some of caterers from the Google search results. He requested quotations from each catering company for his catering requirement.

Since Elite Caterers was recommended by his friend, He called up Elite Caterers from Chicago to inquire about the price and the menu and also to check if Elite Caterers is available on 16th of August for his wedding reception. He sensed Ismail is a thorough professional by his suggestive approach in deciding the menu. After the call he was pretty confident about giving the order to Elite Caterers, however he waited till his family researched about other caterers, meanwhile he did some research about Elite Business online, by the time he finished his search about Elite Caterers (reviewing the website, and carefully going thru the Google reviews & video reviews of customers on their YouTube channel, he was pretty much impressed and all these reviews help them decide to proceed with a Elite Caterers only.

It is worth mentioning here, Minhaj’s family were talking to one of their close relatives who is also in the catering business. They have forwarded Elite’s menu to their relative and have taken the quotation from him. They were surprised to see that their relative have quoted much higher price to them as compared to what they have got from Elite Caterers. So finally collectively the family decided to go ahead with Elite Caterers.

During discussions it came to knowledge that the family was still searching for a suitable venue to host the Valima reception. Based on the preferences and availability of venues, Ismail helped them finalize the wedding venue – the Podium Mall’s banquet Hall. After finalizing the venue, advance was paid for the catering order. 

Elite Caterers had another catering order for wedding reception on the same date at Red Rose Palace (Nampally). Hence prior planning was done with careful analysis so that nothing goes wrong at any of the event. 2 teams were dispatched to the respective venues, Clear instructions were given to the vendors for delivering the items separately to both the venues, the chef along with the staff went to the banquet hall and started the preparations. Everything was perfectly prepared at the agreed and scheduled time with no difficulties at all.

In the evening, the function started and guests started coming in by 8pm, Elite Caterer’s staff began serving the guests with welcome drinks and by 10-11pm the dinner was served. Everything went on smoothly. The guest were highly delighted with the service on with the quality and taste of the food and so were the hosts.
